Neptune Custom Cabinetry warrants the workmanship of the service provided for the cabinets for 5 years from its’ completion date. During the warranty period, Neptune will repair, at no charge to you, any defects due to faulty workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care or cleaning. The warranty does not cover any pulling off of finish and/or color from tape on walls, trim, floors or any other surface. With that being said, if we are concerned with the wall paint/paper we will bring that to your attention and use a low adhesion tape to help mitigate any damage. We encourage our customers to treat the cabinetry as if they were treating a piece of furniture. The customer will be provided with touch-up color should something occur that needs to be touched up.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS FOR THE CURING PROCESS TO BE FULLY COMPLETED. DURING THAT TIME, PLEASE TREAT THE CABINETS WITH EXTRA CARE.
Neptune custom Cabinetry uses very high quality tape that is rated for use on wood floors for when we have to affix our drapings to the floor. However, it is possible that finish and/or color can be pulled up when we remove the tape. This is rare, but can happen and we do not warranty this occurrence due to many factors, including the type of finish used on the floor, the age of the floor, the quality of the finish used, and condition of the floor.
Water is as damaging as sun exposure. This warranty does NOT cover damage from repeated exposure to water. Customer is advised to consistently dry off cabinets below the sink or wherever they are exposed to water. Water can break through any finish, even a high end catalyzed 2K finish that we use when constantly exposed to water—even small amounts.
When making a warranty claim, please include photos (easily done via email or text) with a description of the issue. If the issue falls under the warranty, please allow 30 business days for our technicians to come for a service call. To submit a claim, contact us directly:
